What to Know
Norfolk State is 8-2 against Morgan State since February of 2021, and they’ll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. Both will face off in a MEAC battle at 7:30 p.m. ET at Hill Field House. Morgan State is hoping to do what Coppin State couldn’t on Saturday: put an end to Norfolk State’s winning streak, which now stands at three games. Norfolk State put the hurt on Coppin State with a sharp 92-69 victory. With that win, the Spartans brought their scoring average up to 75.4 points per game.
Even though they won, Norfolk State struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only five offensive rebounds. That’s the fewest offensive rebounds they’ve posted since back in November of 2024.
Meanwhile, Morgan State couldn’t handle Howard on Saturday and fell 100-95. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for the Bears in their matchups with the Bison: they’ve now lost three in a row.

With both teams so easily able to put up points, the only question left is who can run the score up higher.
