The eagerly awaited crab season is approaching and Klaw Miami’s Norwegian King Crab is set to delight crab enthusiasts. Klaw Miami dedicates nearly a million dollars yearly to bringing King Crabs from Norway in salt water, ensuring their freshness until guests make the order. Diners can savor this exceptional experience that seamlessly combines the finest from land and sea, all while enjoying breathtaking views of Miami’s skyline.
The King Crab is at the heart of Klaw Miami’s menu, sourced from the Barents Sea in Norway. The restaurant imports approximately 500-650 pounds of these crabs weekly, totaling up to 34,000 pounds a year. Each crab is transported alive, ensuring optimal flavor and quality. The experience is further enhanced with QR codes providing detailed information about the crab’s origin and catch, creating a memorable tableside presentation for guests.
The multi-level restaurant in Edgewater is located within the former Miami Women’s Club building. It features a rooftop bar offering stunning waterfront views. Specializing in seafood and various dry-aged meats, the restaurant also boasts an exceptional wine list and cocktail selection.
