Cardinals wide receiver Zay Jones only played in nine games for the Jaguars last season, catching 34 passes for 321 yards and two touchdowns as one of the Fantasy football busts. It marked a significant decline following his career-best 2022 campaign in which he had 82 receptions for 823 yards and five touchdowns. Jones was suspended five games for violating the NFL’s conduct policy, so he is not expected to be a factor in Fantasy football 2024, Cardinals fans will hope Marvin Harrison Jr. lives up to high expectations as one of the 2024 Fantasy football breakouts and climb the 2024 Fantasy football WR rankings.
Harrison was the No. 4 pick in the NFL Draft and has already established himself as the top wide receiver in a young offense. Quarterback Kyler Murray has proven he can post big numbers and could also move up the 2024 Fantasy football QB rankings. Last year, the model accurately predicted that Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle would fail to live up to his Fantasy football ADP. Waddle’s 2023 Fantasy football ADP was 34.86 overall and he was the 11th receiver off the board on average. He’d go on to notch a 1,000-yard season but only had 72 receptions with four touchdowns and he’d finish as the No. 34 Fantasy football wide receiver in CBS Sports PPR leagues.
The same model has a proven track record providing Fantasy football tips, identifying A.J. Brown as a sleeper in 2020 and nailing Jonathan Taylor’s monstrous season in 2021. Additionally, it’s called past Fantasy football sleepers like Derrick Henry in 2019, Christian McCaffrey and Alvin Kamara in 2018, and Davante Adams in 2017. Anybody who banked on players like those made a run at their league title.
The model is powered by the same people who generated projections for all three major Fantasy sites, and it beat human experts last season when there was a big difference in ranking. The 2024 Fantasy football PPR rankings and 2024 Fantasy football standard projections update multiple times daily, so you’re always getting the best Fantasy football advice and the latest Fantasy football tiers.

Top 2024 Fantasy football QB rankings
Here’s a look at SportsLine’s top three 2024 Fantasy football QB picks:
1. Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles: Hurts has finished as QB3 in Fantasy the past two seasons, and his running ability is a big reason why. He recorded 15 rushing touchdowns last year, with a majority coming on Philadelphia’s nearly-unstoppable ‘Tush Push’ quarterback sneak. Hurts jumps to No. 1 in SportsLine’s 2024 Fantasy football QB rankings thanks to his rushing upside and the fact that he has the best receiver duo in A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith among top Fantasy QBs.
2. Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills: Like Hurts, Allen found the end zone 15 times as a rusher last season. He’s still considered an elite Fantasy QB option, though his passing upside is a bit limited by the departure of Stefon Diggs, who was targeted at least 154 times in all four of his seasons in Buffalo.
3. Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs: Mahomes and the Chiefs shook off a slow start last year to win another Super Bowl. The Chiefs brought in Hollywood Brown via free agency and added Xavier Worthy in the draft to add some serious speed at receiver. Mahomes still has 5,000-yard upside, but his QB8 Fantasy finish last year has dropped him in the Fantasy football rankings a touch. See more top QBs here.
Top 2024 Fantasy football RB rankings
Here’s a look at SportsLine’s top three 2024 Fantasy football RB picks:
1. Christian McCaffrey, San Francisco 49ers: McCaffrey finished as the Fantasy RB1 last season, averaging 21.2 touches and 126.5 total yards per game. He ranked second in carries, fourth in targets and first in red-zone touches among running backs. An injury is the only legitimate concern for his managers in 2024, as he seemingly remains in the prime of his career.
2. Saquon Barkley, Philadelphia Eagles: The 27-year-old played at least 70% of the snaps in 11 of his 14 games with the Giants, ranking second in opportunity share. He is in a much better situation in Philadelphia, where he should take some touchdowns away from quarterback Jalen Hurts. Barkley’s Fantasy ceiling has been limited by New York’s struggles, so his managers should get to realize his full potential this season.
3. Breece Hall, New York Jets: Hall checked in as the RB6 in Fantasy points per game last season, despite recovering from a major knee injury. He finished with 1,585 total yards on 299 touches, averaging 20.2 touches and 102.5 total yards from Weeks 5-18. Hall is going to remain a pivotal part of the offense this season, and Aaron Rodgers’ return could give him a boost as a receiving threat out of the backfield. See more top RBs here.
Top 2024 Fantasy football WR rankings
Here’s a look at SportsLine’s top three 2024 Fantasy football WR picks:
1. CeeDee Lamb, Dallas Cowboys: The 25-year-old has steadily improved each season of his professional career, racking up 1,749 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns in 2023. Lamb finished as the WR1 in Fantasy points per game, and he closed the season by surpassing 100 receiving yards in seven of his final 12 games. He ranked fourth in the league in target share and fifth in yards per route run.
2. Tyreek Hill, Miami Dolphins: Hill finished second overall at his position last season with nearly 300 Fantasy points, averaging just under 20 points per game. He had more than 1,700 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns, leading the league in yards per route run (3.72). Hill is now 30 years old, but there have been no signs of regression to this point.
3. Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detroit Lions: St. Brown completes the trifecta from last season, as he finished third among wide receivers with 16.5 Fantasy points per game. He finished with 1,371 receiving yards and nine touchdowns while commanding a 30% target share and 34% air yards share. St. Brown signed a massive contract extension this offseason, which made him the highest paid wide receiver in the NFL at the time. See more top WRs here.
Top 2024 Fantasy football TE rankings
Here’s a look at SportsLine’s top three 2024 Fantasy football TE picks:
1. Travis Kelce, Kansas City Chiefs: The 34-year-old has already made a legitimate case to be considered the greatest tight end of all time, catching 90-plus passes for a sixth straight season in 2023. He signed a two-year extension in the offseason, remaining a focal point of Kansas City’s elite offense. Some Fantasy managers are down on Kelce after he failed to record 1,000 yards last year, but he is still the top player at his position.
2. Mark Andrews, Baltimore Ravens: Andrews has only played in one full season since his rookie year, but he scored one more touchdown in 10 games last year than he did in 15 games the year prior. He continues to be quarterback Lamar Jackson’s first option, averaging 4.5 receptions per game last season. His scoring average per target was nearly three percentage points higher than his career average as well, so his health is the only legitimate concern for his owners.
3. Sam LaPorta, Detroit Lions: He stunned the Fantasy world as a rookie, finishing as the TE1 with 86 receptions for 889 yards and 10 touchdowns. LaPorta averaged 52.3 receiving yards per game, so it is easy to see him improving on those numbers this season. SportsLine’s model needs to see more from him before ranking him ahead of Kelce and Andrews, but LaPorta is already one of the top tight ends in the league. See more top TEs here.
